This listing is for a set of sixteen (16) Elgin hydraulic anti-pump up flat tappet lifters for Chevrolet small block (non-roller cams) and big block (Up to 1990) engines. P/N HL-1817HPS x 16. Benefits of using anti-pump up lifters:

  • Designed to perform at higher engine speeds
  • Proper internal piston positioning prevents lifters from harmful "pumping up" at higher RPM's
  • Power increase over standard hydraulic lifters
FALCON TECH NOTE: Adjustable valve train is required to use these lifters, and pre-load lifters .002"-.004" with engine warm.
