NEW OLD STOCK DOME PISTIONS FOR 283 CHEVY WITH RECONDTIONED RODS AND NEW SET OF RINGS.  THESE ARE .030" OVERSIZE DOME PISTIONS WITH 3/16" DOME. NOT SURE WHAT COMPRESSION WOULD BE.  WOULD THINK 11.5. HAS NEW PINS AND RECONDTIONED CONNECTIONG RODS.  ALSO INCLUDED I S A NEW SET OF HASTINGS RINGS FOR THE .030" OVER PISTONS.  I BELEIVE THESE ARE CAST PISTONS BUT DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE. NICE SET UP FOR BUILDING A NICE RUNNING 283.  I ALSO HAVE A .030 OVER MACHINED BLOCK AS WELL AS A MACHINED FORGE STEEL CRANK THAT I WILL BE LISTING SEPERATE OR I CAN MAKE A PACKAGE DEAL.  TIME TO CLEAN OUT.  I HAVE WAY TOO MANY PROJECTS AND  I AN NOT A YOUNG MAN ANY MORE.  PLEASE CHECK PICTURES AND ASK QUESTIONS IF ANY BEFORE PURCHASE.

New MG: Is this the MG2?

Is this a new mini MG - the MG2? Despite it looking at one point last year as if MG – certainly in the UK – was close to biting the dust, we now know that the SAIC Roewe 550 will be made in the UK and sold throughout Europe as the MG6 in hatchback form and the MG5 as a saloon. But now we’re getting news from China that there is a mini MG in the pipeline – the MG2 – and that this car will be turning up as soon as the Beijing Motor Show as an MG and not – as is usual for SAIC – as a Roewe which then spawns an MG.

Fernando Alonso leads a Ferrari one-two at the Bahrain Grand Prix It looked as if it should have been Red Bull’s weekend. Or at least Sebastian Vettel’s weekend. But in the end the unreliability that seems to have crept in to the Red Bulls stopped them from carrying on where they left off in 2009, despite Vettel leading the first F1 Grand Prix of the season in Bahrain for the majority of the race.

The six-cylinder siblings of the V8 Porsche Panamera will hit U.S. shores in June, packing 300 hp and starting at $75,375 for the rear-wheel-drive model. The all-wheel-drive version, called the Panamera 4, starts at $79,875, including destination charges.
