Chevy Corvette 283 Dual Point Distributor 1110891 on 2040-parts.com
Las Cruces, New Mexico, US
I believe this is correct for a 283/245hp and 270hp configurations. The number on the tag is 1110891 the other number on the tag is 1H19 and I believe that is a date code. Please see the pictures, I have tried to show the numbers. Those two numbers should allow you to do your own home work to see if this distributer is right for you. It is complete with cap, rotor, points and condenser, but I do not know the operational status of those components. The shaft in the distributor turns freely.
I have a number of other engine parts, correct for building a nearly complete 283/270hp Corvette engine. I would be glad to send the list to anyone interested who requests it, or I can answer any questions you might have. I currently have some of those parts listed on eBay and may list more some time soon. I ship only to valid US addresses. I will accept returns, at buyers expense, if you find that I have inadvertently misrepresented this part in any significant way.
Thanks for checking my listing and good luck. Mike, megoen@q dot com

Volvo C30 (2006): first official pictures
Tue, 25 Jul 2006By Phil McNamara First Official Pictures 25 July 2006 01:17 The lowdown This is the Volvo C30, a rakish three-door set to take on the BMW 1-series and Audi A3. Unconventionally, this hatchback only has four seats; conventionally, it mounts its engines across the nose and sends power to the front wheels. The C30 is scheduled to arrive in UK showrooms in December.
Porsche 918 Spyder laps Nurburgring in under 7 minutes
Tue, 10 Sep 2013The Porsche 918 Spyder (pictured) laps the Nurburgring in under 7 minutes When the McLaren P1 was first revealed, Ron Dennis told us it would lap the Nurburgring in under 7 minutes. But it seems the best the McLaren P1 has managed so far is a 7:04, so it’s no surprise McLaren hasn’t officially declared its time as they probably knew it wasn’t enough, but also knew that Porsche has managed to take the new 918 Spyder round the ‘Ring in just 6:57s. That 6:57 by the Porsche 918 Spyder isn’t quite as quick as the Radical, but as the Radical has only single type approval, Porsche are justifiably claiming the 918 Spyder’s time as the quickest by a proper production car, beating the previous record of 7:11s set by the Gumpert Apollo.
