For sale is one used set of main caps with rope rear main seal. P/N 3704066 For Chevy Small Blocks 1955-1957 (265ci or 283ci, Rope Style Rear Seal) These were removed form a mid 50's Chevy 265 engine block, includes the 4 front caps and 1 rear cap with the oil pump mount. They all have some light surface rust on the outside (pics), no damage or pitting, the insides are in great shape with no damage. The caps do not have any cracks that I could see. The rear cap is for the rope style rear main seal. The caps are not numbered. The original bolts will be included but should not be reused, there is 1 bolt missing.
This will be a good used original set of caps for your early 265 or 283 build, please look at the pictures below. If you have any questions please contact us. BMW had a number of debuts at the Detroit auto show this year -- we got our first (official) looks at the 2014 2 Series coupe, 2015 M3 sedan and the 2014 M4 coupe on the show floor. The electric i3 city car and its plug-in hybrid i8 supercar cousin were there as well, along with a massaged 2014 BMW Z4 convertible. But let's take a closer look at the new stuff:

The new Ford S-Max debuts at Paris and goes on sale next summer
The Ford S-Max Concept arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year as Ford worked hard to prove they really did have new cars on the way, despite the huge delay in delivering the new Ford Mondeo to Europe – with which the new S-Max shares its underpinnings – and now we get the real deal – the 2015 Ford S-Max. Looking very like the S-Max Concept, the new S-Max is the same size as the outgoing model but gets an evolutionary redesign complete with Ford’s ‘Aston Martin’ grill and some funky headlights, with the A-Pillars further back, higher beltline, bigger shoulders at the back and a set of slim tail lights at the back separated by a chrome strip. It all conspires to make the new S-Max sportier and more appealing.
