For now the car maker isn’t giving much away, although it has revealed that the new car will be a five-door model. The ‘SUV of the future', is an all-wheel drive plug-in hybrid that hints at the future aesthetic of such a model from the brand. Dimensionally the Cross Coupe slots between the Golf hatchback and the current Tiguan baby SUV, with the CC's short overhangs contributing to its short length and overall sporting dynamic.

The DC Design Avanti gets a Ford Ecoboost or V6 Honda turbo. Earlier this week we revealed that the first Supercar to emanate from the sub-continent was due to be debuted by Indian car customisers DC Design at the Delhi Motor Show.
