1953 Chilton's Motor Age Flat Rate and Service Manual.  Sold as a restoration project.

I think it covers all USA made autos from about 1940 years up to 1950.  It is from the era of the $3.00 per hour auto mechanic.

A huge manual with 1741 pages.  Hardcover.  Size 11 1/2 X 9 X 3 1/2 inches.  Weight 10 pounds

A great addition for anyone who restores classic cars.

This manual is getting rough with the stuck pages, needs work to preserve.  Overall wear and aging,  faults,  wrinkles.  Cover worn on edges.  Cover is loose and torn in the spline area.  Pages are coming loose in blocks.  Many of the pages are sticking togeather, I checked a dozen or so and they seem to pull apart with some partial transfer.  I took a quick look see and pages seem all mostly clean with only a few smears from handling.   See photos for condition.

I will combine shipping whenever possible to reduce your postage costs.

Fri, 16 May 2014

FOOTBALLER Marlon King has been jailed for 18 months for dangerous driving after a crash which left a motorist with a broken arm. Sentencing King at the same court today, Recorder Paul Mann QC said: "I do not regard your case as merely impulsive or silly behaviour.
