HELLO, PLEASE READ FIRST. I RETIRED FROM MARCH AIR FORCE BASE IN 2006 FROM THE AIR FORCE. IN 1996, THE BASE CLOSED IT'S LIBRARY AND PUT ALL THE BOOKS IN STORAGE. THE BUILDING THEY STORED THEM IN IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR DEMOLITION. ON 29 DECEMBER 2010 THE BASE ANNOUNCED ON FACEBOOK THAT THEY NEEDED TO FIND A HOME FOR THESE BOOKS OR THEY WOULD BE DESTROYED. I NOW HAVE THOUSANDS OF THEM AND WILL BE LISTING THEM ON E-BAY. THE POINT IN TELLING THIS, IS THAT I WANT BIDDERS THAT BID ON THESE BOOKS TO UNDERSTAND THAT MANY ARE CLASSICS, BUT THEY HAVE THE CATALOGGING STICKERS ON THEM AND A STAMP FROM THE BASE LIBRARY. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THEN THE BOOK LISTED, IS ONE OF THOSE BOOKS. THANK YOU AND THANKS FOR LOOKING.

BOOK IS IN GREAT CONDITION. NO RIPPED OR TORN PAGES. THANKS FOR LOOKING.

Peugeot 208 GTi price from £18,895

Mon, 28 Jan 2013

Peugeot has revealed that the new 208 GTI will cost from £18,895, with the order book for the 208 GTi opening in March. That price will be £18,895 – almost £2k more than the new Fiesta ST - and includes the usual GTi stuff like 17″ alloys, new grill, LED running lights, twin exhausts, leather and cloth upholstery, red trim details, DAB, rear parking and a smattering of GTi badges. Peugeot also say that the 208 GTi has been fettled to make it a more sporty prospect than the standard 208, with retuned suspension and wider track.

Two years after Dany Bahar revealed Lotus plans to build a new range of Lotus supercars at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, Lotus will be a no-show at Paris 2012. Video: Stuntman flips over charging Lamborghini

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

This might be the coolest video we’ve seen this week: a stuntman at last week’s Top Gear Festival at Sydney Motorsport Park in Australia flips over a charging Lamborghini Murcielago. The supercar isn’t traveling even close to peak speed, but the stuntman’s timing, vertical jump and acrobatics are impressive enough. The festival combined a slew of motorsport spectacles and stunts, hosted by UK Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and “The Stig.”
