Shipping:

-I am happy to get your item to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.
-I ship products using USPS (unless UPS ground makes sense, it costs more). I do not ship internationally, sorry....I just don't have the time to run to the post office often.
-If we have agreed upon non USPS shipping please wait until I send an invoice with the correct shipping. Buyer pays the difference if other shipping is requested.
-I do not included Insurance in the shipping cost. If you would like it, contact me and I will put it in the invoice.

Returns and Refunds:

-Return Policy - I am proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee within reason. I cannot refund something if i don't get returned....Please don't expect a refund if you can't return the item
-I will accept returns, within 14 days of close of transaction within reason. Buyer pays return shipping. Item will be accepted if NOT USED by buyer. No signs of additional wear must be present.

Communication:

-I check email frequently. If you do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours - it's possible I may not have gotten your email. If you have bid on the item. Please email me through eBay only. Please don't ask for me to end an auction early.

-I am happy to leave feedback for our customers once I have been paid and the item has been delivered to the carrier. I would appreciate that once you receive your item, you also leave us feedback.
