Chilton Repair Manual for 1979 - 1989 Chevrolet Caprice, Kingswood, and Townsman

This Chilton manual is used but it is still in good shape. There is some wear and creasing on the covers though. The picture in this listing is of the actual item that you will receive and shows the manuals condition. The binding is good and the pages and page edges are clean. This book is probably in such good condition because it is a retired library book. It was taken good care of by the people who loaned it out. This nice thing about being a library book is that it comes with the special protective cover which also helps to keep the manual in good condition. The only thing I do see is that there is some yellowing on and near the page edges from age. Nothing that will affect the text or integrity of the Chilton Manual but, I wanted you to be aware of this item so that there are no surprises when you receive your repair manual. If you need to receive this manual fast, I now offer 2 - 3 day Priority shipping for an additional $3.00., Please ask if you have any questions.

I only accept Pay Pal as my payment method and will ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the time buyer receives items with buyer paying return postage.

United States territories and Hawaii please read and use priority shipping option

I am sorry for this inconvenience but with recent changes in the United States Postal System it has come to my attention that media mail has been extremely slow or has not made it at all to some areas outside the continental United States. It has taken up to 6 weeks for items to get too many of these areas. In some cases it has not arrived at all. These areas include The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake Islands, American Samoa, Guam and recently Hawaii. If items are purchased from these areas the Priority mail option should be chosen. Orders from these areas that choose the free shipping option will still be sent media mail but I can no longer guarantee a certain date of delivery or that the item will arrive at all. If the free shipping option is chosen for these areas the buyer must accept longer delivery dates or the possibility that the item may not arrive. I will no longer be refunding money for lost or delayed shipments to these areas when the free shipping option is chosen.

Thanks for looking and happy Bidding.

Porsche rejects BlueSport Concept

Thu, 14 May 2009

Porsche has rejected the BlueSport concept as a new entry-level Porsche The VW BlueSport concept debuted at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and offered the prospect of an economical, fun roadster from the VW group. But at the time VW made it clear that the car would have to work across three of its brands to be viable. VW are obviously up for the project, and Audi look likely to go along with BlueSport with the planned E2 Roadster.

Aston Martin DB9 Facelift spied

Tue, 18 May 2010

The 2011 Aston Martin DB9 Facelift There’s a fair bit going on at Aston Martin at the moment, a big change from just a year ago when the recession was causing huge pain. We’ve had the launch of the car the V8 Vantage always threatened to be with the initially limited edition Aston Martin V12 Vantage, and the news that the V12 Vantage is US bound and no longer a limited edition. The big news for AM this year has been the launch (finally) of the most beautiful 4 door car in the world – the Aston Martin Rapide – which frankly could handle like a dog and take 20 seconds to get to 60 mph and we’d still want one, so achingly gorgeous is it by any measure of saloon car gorgeousness.

McLaren P1 performance figures confirmed

Tue, 22 Oct 2013

McLaren has confirmed performance statistics for its new P1 hybrid hypercar – and the official numbers are frankly amazing. We always knew the 2013 McLaren P1 was quick, but 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds, 0-124mph in 6.8 seconds, 0-186mph in 16.5 seconds and a 217mph top speed prove its astonishing pace. And it’ll return exceptional efficiency (given the performance) of 34.0mpg combined with 194g/km CO2.
