This is new without the original packaging but never mounted on anything. It appears to have a very good chrome job as you can tell in the picture with the mirror image of me taking pictures of it. It's also looks HEAVY DUTY and should last a while, if not abused of course. It anchors on the back axle, you can tell in the photos. It's a dandy piece of work.
