Chris Craft, Riva Autolite Starter New Very Nice Look on 2040-parts.com
Jacksonville, Florida, United States
For your consideration is a absolutely new starter manufactured by Autolite in the 1960s. The model is MBG and has a part number of 46-170. The starter has been in my inventory for at least the last 40 years. It will fit Chris Craft 283 and 283M and the 283 and 327F and also the Riva Cruader engine. The starter is standard rotation which means for a flywheel forward engine, this would be for the opposite rotation engine, and for a flywheel aft engine this would be for a standard rotation engine. This will also replace a Prestolite starter installed on one of the above referenced engines, and may fit others. The buyer will pay 25.00 for mailing in the lower 48 states. Please look at the pictures and ask all questions prior to bidding/buying as there is no warranty or return offered. I may be reached by phone to discuss this or any of my items at 904 868 4913, but please serious inquiries only. Please take a moment to view my other offerings. Good Luck!

Alfa Romeo 4C
Tue, 12 Feb 2013The production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C will make its debut at next month's Geneva motor show, two years after the concept appeared. Largely unchanged from the prototype, the 4C retains its mid-engined layout, short and wide proportions (less than 4,000mm long, 2,000mm wide, 1,180mm high and a 2,400mm wheelbase) and broadly similar surfacing. The changes appear to be more focused around productionized details.
Redesigned Ford Focus expected to get 40 mpg on the highway
Wed, 20 Oct 2010The redesigned 2012 Ford Focus will get an estimated 40 mpg in highway driving with an all-aluminum 2.0-liter engine mated to a six-speed, dual-dry-clutch automatic transmission. The normally aspirated engine combines variable camshaft timing and high-pressure direct fuel injection to crank out 160 hp and 146 lb-ft of torque. That compares with 140 hp and 136 lb-ft from the aluminum 2.0-liter engine used in the current-generation Focus.
