Installation tips: Be sure to install the stud into your carburetor and check your hood clearance to the stud before closing the hood to avoid damaging your hood. If necessary cut the stud to the correct height and reinstall.

Base	MCC166-3 chrome 396 Big Block Chevy Hi Performance air cleaner comes with a recessed base. It has a total height of 3" from the carb flange (not including wing nut). It will fit Holley, Demon & Quadrejet carburetors. If you are running an Edelbrock carburetor you will need to use MCC150c 1/2 riser to clear the fuel line and/or choke housing.
Restrictions	Designed for carburetors with a 5 1/8 neck size if you are running an original two barrel check the neck size on your carburetor

The 15 founders of the Antique Automobile Club of America would be proud: The organization's membership has grown to nearly 60,000 since the club launched in 1935. And to celebrate its 75th anniversary, the AACA will hold a four-day celebration, June 30-July 3, in Louisville, Ky. A car show on the last day will be the spotlight event, and more than 600 vehicles spanning more than a century will be displayed.

THE ACCURACY of facts and figures in the Highway Code has been called into question after research by the RAC showed that many drivers underestimate official stopping distances. As part of the organisation's Report on Motoring 2014, drivers were asked to identify the Highway Code's stated stopping distances from different speeds, but the majority “seriously underestimated” the figures. However, a separate survey by Right Driver of 1,000 Advanced Driving Instructors (ADIs) revealed that the vast majority strongly believe that the official braking distances have become irrelevant and should be updated.
