Mounts on handlebars 7/8" to 1 1/4" (22mm to 32mm). Used for mounting various small electronic devices such as: GPS, cell phones, smart phones, radar detectors, toll transponders, audio/video equipment, satellite radio and much more. Kit includes all needed hardware for a simple and easy installation. You can then buy the appropriate Techmount accessory holder to house your device and connect it to this mount.

This is Techmount's third generation mounting system. They were able to combine all of the current production handlebar sizes from 7/8” (22mm) up to 1 ¼” (32mm) into one mount system. This allows it to fit virtually every motorcycle with tubular handlebars. Requires only ¾” of handlebar space and can be mounted at any angle. Having no need for a shaft, makes this mount system very strong and very compact. (Note: Mounting a Garmin ZUMO 660 requires P/N 60007 ZUMO Top Plate.)

This product is also available in black.

Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis Concept: 2013 Detroit Auto Show

Mon, 14 Jan 2013

The Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis Concept has been revealed at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, previewing the next generation of Hyundai’s premium offerings. Hyundai has now revealed the HCD-14 Genesis Concept in Detroit and there’s little doubt that this is the next Hyundai Genesis, albeit with a chunk of concept fripperies thrown in to titillate. Concept fripperies like the rear suicide doors and enormous carbon fibre wheels seem likely to be lost in the production version of the new Genesis (although Hyundai may surprise us) but it seems likely that the overall styling will come through, just as it has on many of Hyundai’s recent concepts (unless Peter Schreyer has a play now he’s in charge of Hyundai design).

Vauxhall Zafira Tourer gets BiTurbo Beef

Wed, 30 Jan 2013

The Zafira Tourer gets a new range-topper with the launch of the Vauxhall Zafira Tourer BiTurbo with 192bhp. Price from £27,685. The launch of a range-topping Vauxhall Zafira Tourer BiTurbo, with the very decent BiTurbo diesel from the Insignia and Astra (and for that matter, the new Vauxhall Cascada) means you don’t have to poodle round like a good family man when you transport your brood.

Ferrari Superamerica 45: One-off 599 created for wealthy American customer

Thu, 19 May 2011

Ferrari has revealed a one-off version of the 599 commissioned by New York-based art collector and property developer Peter Kalikow. Called the Superamerica 45, the new open-top car was created to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Kalikow's first Ferrari purchase, a secondhand 400 Superamerica convertible. It will go on public display for the first time at this weekend's Concorso d'Eleganza Villa D'Este on the shores of Lake Como in Italy.
