This is an OEM grille surround trim ring for a w113 Mercedes (pagoda). The surround has been re-chromed. The passenger side is excellent. The driver side is not so good, it was damaged and will require a talented metal smith to repair it. It is hard to capture in the photos but the damage is so that it will not fit on the car tight and part of the metal is missing. This is part could be fixed or used in conjunction with another one to make one good one.

I take great pride in my ebay rating and describe the parts as accurately as possible.

Mon, 15 May 2006

Aston Martin has shown pictures of the next Bond car, the DBS. Based on the DB9, the DBS is more muscular and sits menacingly on polished 20" wheels. Additional inlets on the sill, hood and bumper also connect the car with the DBR9 racing car, their depth more powerfully planting the car on the road.

Ford’s 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine now going in to 1 in 5 new Fords

Fri, 08 Aug 2014

Half the Ford B-Max (pictured) sold get the 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine Who’d have thought, just a few years ago, that a 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder engine would become one of the most popular engines in a new car in Europe? But that’s exactly what’s happened with the increasingly impressive 1.0 litre EcoBoost from Ford which, as its power output has increased, has become a more and more popular engine of choice. The little Ford EcoBoost even seems to have persuaded buyers that they should forsake dirty diesel engines for it, and Ford has fitted 120,000 in the first six months of 2014 with almost half B-Max models, a third of Focus and 30 per cent of Fiestas getting the little wonder.

Ferrari 458 Italia – news and photos of Maranello's new V8

Tue, 28 Jul 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 28 July 2009 09:27 The new Ferrari 458 Italia berlinetta is unveiled today. The successor to the F430, the 458 Italia is the new entry-level V8 in Ferrari’s range – but it’s hardly the weakling of the pack. The 458 Italia's mid-mounted 4499cc V8 has a flat-plane crank and direct injection to muster 562bhp at a stratospheric 9000rpm.
