Lexus CT 200h by Fox Marketing gets 300bhp
Tue, 26 Apr 2011Lexus CT 200h by Fox Marketing gets a Supercharger and 300bhp You may recall, at the end of last month, we reported on the Lexus CT 200h by Fox Marketing, a pimped and tarted Lexus CT 200h which was going to feature a supercharger bolted to its HSD. VW Golf R 400 (2014) first picture
Wed, 16 Apr 2014By Damion Smy First Official Pictures 16 April 2014 23:01 VW just has to make this car! The VW Golf R 400 is the most ballistic, angry VW Golf that the factory has ever built – as quick as the VW Vision GTI Concept but based on the current Golf R, so it seems tantalisingly viable for production. With a ridiculous 3.9sec 0-62mph claim, the ‘400’, named after its Porsche 911 Carrera S-matching 400PS (395bhp), will rocket into the Beijing motor show to say ‘Cop this, A45 AMG’.
Fuel magazine films Ford designer Craig Metros in his Melbourne workshop
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Australian auto culture magazine, Fuel, has created this beautiful short film, Factory 6, featuring an interview with Melbourne-based, Detroit-raised Ford Chief Designer, Craig Metros. The film explores the shared Melbourne workshop space in which Metros and five other designers work on a number of automotive and art projects in their spare time. It offers a great insight into his inspirations, his feelings on making the jump from Detroit to Melbourne and how it feels to have fulfilled a childhood dream.
