Used lower unit that came off 90 hp 3-cylinder built around 1974. Note motors '72 and older used a similar but not interchangeable lower, and this won't swap with the later Chrysler/Force lower ends with the elongated cavitation plate. You can see the gearcase behind the prop...if your lower unit looks like that then it's a fit. Please Ask-a-Question if you have any doubts about the fit of this lower on your outboard. We knew that McLaren were heading to Pebble Beach with a new car, and we thought it was going to be the new F1. In the end it turned out to be the McLaren X-1, but could the X-1 actually be the new F1 under the skin?
