Toyota FT-86: Now standard FT-86 leaks

The Toyota FT-86 leaks again - this time the standard model After what seems like years of waiting for Toyota’s sporty and ‘affordable’ sports car – the Toyota FT-86 – to arrive, information is coming thick and fast as the official debut looms at the Toyota Motor Show in a month’s time. And now we get what appears to be a standard Toyota FT-86 from another Japanese brochure leak.

BMW has revealed the M3 Edition Models - available for just 6 months BMW has released details of a quartet of BMW M3 Edition cars, which is a cosmetic job on the already pretty impressive M3 Coupe. For BMW to do this you’ve probably got to assume that sales on the BMW M Cars are a bit slow at the moment, despite the constant upward growth in the last few years. But never mind, it’s not a bad way to go, and the cars do look pretty good.

The SEAT Altea EV & plug-in SEAT Leon hybrid - testing for the next 4 years Seat may have revealed a pair of cars with ‘eco’ powerplants -  the Leon TwinDrive Ecomotive and the Altea XL Electric Ecomotive – but they’re not coming to a showroom near you. Well, not before 2015, anyway. The plan is to build a small prototype fleet of the Leon Hybrid and Altea EV and make them available to local government in Catalonia and Madrid, to get evaluation and real-world feedback before the cars go in to production, which won’t be for at least four years.
