This part was removed from a 1989 50 HP Force outboard model 507Y8C with a bad power head.  It was only used on Wisconsin's fresh water lakes.

This unit shifts like it should and the prop shaft turns smoothly. When the oil was drained it was clean and free of water or debris. It was then checked for pressure and vacuum and it held both. The drive shaft measures 21 1/2 " from the top of the water pump housing.

The aluminum prop that is mounted will be included, but I don't know the diameter or pitch.

It will be shipped with out oil.

I would recommend changing the water pump impeller.

All of my parts come with a 14 day guarantee.

Free shipping is for the lower 48 only. Anywhere else please ask for a shipping quote before buying.

I have tons of parts for Mercury / Chrysler Force motors from 50 to 150 HP. If you are looking for something I don't have listed, just ask and I will post a listing for you.

Thanks for looking !

Mini Moke makes its comeback

Wed, 09 Oct 2013

Moke International It wouldn't be entirely fair to put the Mini Moke into the 'so bad it's good' category, but the fact remains, the Moke wasn't that great. And yet, despite its tepid performance, questionable off-road ability and tendency to rust, it was a runaway success. And let's face it, the Mini Moke remains one of the coolest cars ever created.

Tesla Model X

Mon, 13 Feb 2012

Tesla is set to expand its all-electric range with the introduction of the Model X. The crossover shares a large percentage of its architecture with the Model S sedan, including its chassis-mounted battery pack and axle-mounted drive units. The Model X retains a traditional two-box configuration, which continues the brand's strategy of producing EVs that, visually, are wholly conventional.
