Lexus LF-A – Interior detail +video

Wed, 25 Nov 2009

Video walkthrough of the Lexus LF-A interior below The Lexus LF-A – the new Lexus Supercar – has had a fair bit of coverage of late here on Cars UK. Prior to the reveal of the LF-A we had Dutch car journo Thomas Bangma telling us that the LF-A was the best driving car ever (we’re sure it’s wonderful – but the best ever?). We then had the reveal of the LF-A at the Tokyo Motor Show in October, when it was revealed that the LF-A will cost upwards of £300k and just 500 will be built.

Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition revealed

Sat, 28 Feb 2009

Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition Uwe Gemballa and his team are probably the world’s best Porsche Carrera GT Tuners. There have been a number of tuned and pimped versions from them in the last few years (you wonder when they’re going to run out of donor cars  – there were only 1270 ever made), but this one looks particularly good. Based on a standard donor Porsche Carrera GT, the Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition gets a power increase of around 50bhp, taking it to 670bhp (not as mad as some of the Gemballa Carrera GTs have been) and 470lb/ft of torque.

Ferrari F12 TRS: the one-off made for the 2014 Ferrari Cavalcade

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 23 June 2014 10:25 This Ferrari F12 TRS is a new one-off Ferrari F12 barchetta shown at the weekend's Ferrari Cavalcade, a parade of 90 prancing horses on the Italian island of Sicily. It just goes to show that for the wealthiest customers, even a £239,000 Ferrari coupe isn't good enough...  An anonymous Ferrari owner commissioned the bespoke model, which is based on the F12 Berlinetta and said to be inspired by the 1957 250 Testa Rossa. It's an 'extreme, two-seater, open-top sports barchetta,' says Maranello.
