This is a pinion gear that I have had reworked for use in the lower units of early 60's when they used the large bearing. Original part number of that gear  was F2A46266. Who's Where: Fabio Filippini appointed Design Director at Pininfarina

Famed Italian coachbuilder Pininfarina will soon welcome a new Design Director into the fold. Fabio Filippini, an Italian who has worked in France, Japan and Spain, will join the design house from April 1 2011, filling the roll previously vacated by Lowie Vermeersch late last year. Fabio Filippini joins Pininfarina from his previous role as Vice President of Interiors at Renault Design.

Ford Most learner drivers these days take their lessons in a bread-and-butter supermini such as a Vauxhall Corsa or, if they're lucky, a dual-control MINI. But one enterprising car museum in America is giving visitors the chance to drive one of the very earliest mass-production cars ever built: a Ford Model T. The Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan, has a short course offering drivers of any age the chance to learn how to drive this seminal motor car.
