The Ellipse Marine Mirror is constructed of heavy-duty durability tested materials and features OE grade glass. In order for glass meet OE standards it must be made utilizing a technique called first surface coating. First surface coating provides a high quality image that eliminates symptoms such as ghosting and multiple reflections. OE standards ensure high quality and a crisp clear view. It is most advanced family recreational boat mirror available allowing a view of both sides of the boat as well as behind. Perfect for boats without wakeboard towers.

"I had a convex mirror on my boat but still had blind spots on both sides that compromised safety in the busy channel I frequent. This mirror is actually 3 separate mirrors. Once you've adjusted the center mirror as you would the rear view mirror on a car you can then adjust the two side mirrors individually as they are mounted on their own ball sockets. All of the adjustments are somewhat stiff but that's a good thing as the adjustments stay in place even when bouncing through some chop.
Another thing I like is the simple windshield mounting bracket that has a big knob for easy repositioning on the window frame. The bracket has a generous opening to clamp over any windshield frame. The only time you'll need a screwdriver is to set the angle of the mirror to the bracket which should be a one time setting.
With such an easy bracket the mirror can be switched from an above the windshield position to the lower position easily.
Well worth the money!"
