This is for a threaded shifter. All our stock knobs are made with a metric M16-1.5 thread insert in them. Sale will include a threaded bushing that threads into the knob flush and jam nut of your choice. YOU MUST EMAIL US WITH THE THREAD SIZE YOU NEED, OR YR. MAKE, MODEL , TRANSMISSION and SHIFTER TYPE OR BRAND.. We will not ship until we know. We want it to fit your shifter and will help all we can. NEW FIGURES have revealed that UK-based car production raced ahead in April, resulting in the biggest monthly rise since July 2012. A total of 133,437 cars were made in the UK last month – a 21.3% increase on the April 2013 figure, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. The excellent April figures took the year-so-far total to 538,240 – a 6.9% rise on the figure for January-April 2013.

The Beetle GSR is a homage to the Yellow-Black Racer Beetle from the 1970s (GSR stands for Gelb Schwarzer Renner – which means Yellow-Black Racer) which featured a similar paint job, boosted power (a whole 49bhp) and was also limited to 3,500 units. But the 2013 version of the Beetle GSR does at least offer much more get up and go than the 1970s GSR managed. That means the GSR comes with VW’s 2.0 litre turbo with 207bhp which is enough to get the yellow Bug to 62mph in 7.3 seconds on its way top 142mph, and is the same power output all Beetles with the 2.0 litre TSI will get from May 1st (up from 197bhp).

The Nissan Leaf electric car has won Japan's Car of the Year award. It's the first time in the award's history that the honor has gone to an electric car. The Leaf was praised for its high-performance electric motor, quietness, ride comfort and handling stability.
