Finding the right parts to keep your classic car genuine, and in good running order, can be a nightmare.

Even though you search through catalogs, books, magazines and the Internet, attend swap meets and car shows and trade parts in owners clubs and associations, it still can become next to impossible to obtain the correct parts. Or to be certain that they will actually fit your car when you do find them.

This is a complete, original, section removed from an  New Old Stock Interchange Manual, that was published  in 1982, for use by professional repair shops and wrecking yards. These pages show exactly which mechanical and body parts will interchange between all the models and variants listed here.

These are 96 very useful pages for Datsun restorers, owners and enthusiasts.

The information contains:

  •   A general information section with identification numbers and photos of different models.

  • An index section with a listing of parts for: engine, electrical, brakes & wheels, steering & suspension, axle & driveshaft, cooling & fuel, body parts and clutch & transmission. All of these parts are assigned an "Interchange Number".
  •
  • An interchange section. This section lists all the aforementioned interchange numbers and all the different models using that part.
  •
  • Several pages of illustrations, which assist in identification and assembly.
  • Covers 1966 to 1981 Datsun 2 and 4 door sports cars, sedans and station wagons. Covers models 210, 310, 200SX, 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 280ZX, SPL 311, SRL 311, 411, 510 (1600 & 1952cc) 520, 521, 610, 620, 710, 810, 1200, B210 and F10.

You are bidding on the ORIGINAL pages, which are in BRAND NEW condition.

    Fri, 04 Feb 2011

The BMW X3 had the premium CUV market to itself when launched in 2004. Skip forward to the launch of the second generation and not only does the new version have a whole host of competitors for company, it also has to fit around its X1, X5 and X6 siblings. We took the 2011 BMW X3 (known internally as F25) to the Austrian Tyrol and spoke to its exterior designer, Erik Goplen, to find out if it still has the segment covered.

    Euro NCAP latest results

    Wed, 19 Dec 2007

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 19 December 2007 11:36 The latest round of Euro NCAP results are announced today, with another round of high scores from a range of superminis and family cars. But none of the cars tested could manage more than three stars for pedestrian protection. Daihatsu's Materia supermini and, surprisingly, the Honda Civic trailed the pack with only four stars for occupant safety, but the Merc C-class, Renault Laguna, Volvo V70 and – impressively – the tiny Mazda 2 all came out with the top score.
