Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The item purchased will be delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment.

Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.


In our auctions, we do accept PayPal only. Immediate Payment may be required.

Payments are due within 4 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not received, an unpaid item case will be opened. If not paid by the ninth day, the item will be relisted and we will report an unpaid item claim.  Once this unpaid item claim has closed, we are no longer able to accept payment.

We do not cancel transactions for any reason. Please be sure to read the entire description and understand what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid or buy the item available.

California residents must add 8.25% sales tax to the auction total.

PayPal payments received by 12:00 pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

For functionality, this item comes with a 30-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you have won. Our warranty expires 30 days from the date of delivery.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required. We do require the unit to be sent back before a replacement can be sent. Our warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive use.
