received these from a neighbor with limited information - this is blue and white for a mustang coupe rear seat lower I believe since there are holes for the seatbelts).  I don't know what year.  
 they have been stacked in storage for years so will need cleaning before installation.  I don't think they have been installed before as there are no marks or holes.  
 this listing only includes what is shown in the pictures - no foam or seats.  there are some black marks on the upholstery- see photos.  
ask any questions you have before bidding.  
 I am not a mustang expert just going on what I was told.

General Motors--testing a new sales promotion--is offering Oregonians and Washingtonians a new incentive to buy or lease a GM vehicle. Any driver from the two states who buys or leases a new vehicle through Sept. 6 and titles the vehicle in either state will receive a free one-year automobile insurance policy from MetLife Auto & Home.

Senate committee sends auto-safety bill to the floor for vote

The Senate Commerce Committee voted today to pass a far-reaching vehicle safety bill that has largely won both automaker and consumer support, sending the measure to the full Senate. The bill passed without objections from any senators. The legislation, crafted in the wake of Toyota's safety recalls this year, resembles a House bill that also is now on the floor of that chamber.
