The 1980s classic cars that could become MOT-free

However, a new EU directive means that, from 2018, this could be extended to all cars more than 30 years old, as long as they haven’t been substantially modified. Vauxhall's 200bhp Corsa leads VXR onslaught

The latest VXR runs a turbocharged 1.6-litre developing a thumping 200bhp, spinning the front wheels via a six-speed box. Much of the development work has been carried out at the Nurburgring, which the Corsa has been relentlessly lapping to fine tune the suspension and engine mapping.
Alfa Romeo 4C: Tease begins ahead of Geneva 2013 debut
