This wheel is out of round and has been welded.  This is not for long-term use, but is perfect for reselling a vehicle or operating at city-speeds as when less than 45 MPH you can't feel out of round.  Faster than that you can feel something slightly out of balance.

Other than function these wheels are in very good condition (appearance on vehicle).  There is some dirt on them in picture, but just because they were outside when picture was taken.

Hennessey Performance and its gang of Texas tuners are planning upgrades for the 2014 Chevrolet Stingray Corvette before the car even hits the market. We're sure Corvette engineers working on the next ZR1 are taking notice, presumably with a chip on their collective shoulders. In October, the Hennessey HPE700 Corvette is expected to debut packing a claimed 700 hp, with help from an Eaton TVS R2300 supercharger.

Volkswagen has announced the VW Touran Match It’s hard to get excited about the Touran, with its boxy profile and drab – though comfortable – interior. But it’s very practical with its three rows of seats, which can actually be removed (they aren’t too heavy) giving you a very useful van for lugging gubbins around. But the Touran is a decent enough drive, even if the ride is a bit on the firm side., and its build quality shows through in the distinct lack of shake, rattle and roll.
