Club Car Power Drive 3 Model #26560 & #26580 Relay Board Assembly Repair Kit / Service 


This listing comes with two options to help owners of the Club Car PD3 charger to repair the Relay Board Assembly (#103428701).

Option #1 - There is soldering involved in this repair (and a soldering iron is needed) but, can be accomplished by anyone with average soldering skills.
Option #2 will allow buyer to send their board, to me, for repair, returning it repaired and
tested, with new components, ready to be installed in your charger.




OPTION #1- Repair Kit
  Contents of Kit:
         1 ea. - Relay (higher quality relay than originally installed on the board, TYCO Potter & Brumfield)
         1 ea. - Resistor (color banded component soldered to circuit board)
         1 ea. - Voltage Suppressor (black, cylindrical component soldered to circuit board)
         1 ea. - 4" strand of desoldering wick (absorbs solder from existing components, to aid removal from circuit board)

OPTION #2 - Repair Service
 During purchase, please note that you would like the repair service and I will send the address for shipment of your damaged relay board. Once received, I will replace all components on the circuit board and return to you USPS First Class Package. Total repair time, start to finish, should be about 1 week, this includes your shipment to me.( Although one week is estimated, I cannot control shipping times frames)
Most boards are repairable as long as circuit board has no damage (burning, cracking, breakage) 
                          

This kit is one of the less expensive methods of eliminating common problems with these chargers, the repair can be accomplished with common tools by most anyone AND, I will offer my help with troubleshooting to ANYONE who needs it.
