Condition:Used

THIS AUTION IS FOR ONE COCKPIT COVER THAT FITS 1955, 1956, 1957 FORD THUNDERBIRD. I PURCHASED THE COVER A FEW YEARS BACK,  SOON AFTER PURCHASING THE COVER I SOLD MY 56 T-BIRD. I only used the cover once and it is like new. The cover has velcro straps that fit under the hood, under the trunk lid and around the door handles. The straps that go in the trunk  are made to secure the cover. Again there are no holes, snags or dirt marks, the cover is like new. I could not find a picture of a 55/56/57 T-bird with a cover, so I placed it on top of my 04 RETRO. The cover is like new and there is no imperfections. If you GOOGLE Ferguson car covers you will see a very similar cover. I think I originally ordered the cover from CASCO in Ohio.

The cover protects the interior from snooping hands, the sun, bird and tree droppings and especially dirt and dust. The cover eliminates the need to put the top up and down which we all know is a chore.

The cover will fold and can easily be stored in the trunk or behind the seat of your T-bird.

ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE E-MAIL ME.

THE WINNING BIDDER PLEASE WAIT FOR ME TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO PAYING FOR THE ITEM.

THANK YOU

Citroen DS3 Launched

Tue, 15 Sep 2009

The Citroen DS3 launched at Frankfurt today Amazingly, the DS3 has stayed very close to the concept we saw at Geneva earlier this year. The shape has remained virtually unchanged, as has the interior and even the wheels. The DS3 gets a twin exhaust and a conventional ariel – about the only changes we can see from the concept.

Chevrolet Cruze lands in the UK

Tue, 10 Mar 2009

GM is having its problems, as we’ve chronicled almost endlessly, but they are pushing ahead with the launch of their Focus-sized offering, the Chevrolet Cruse, around the world. So far it has been launched in the Far East and Australia, and now we’re getting it in the UK from the summer. But oddly, it’s not going to arrive in the US until next year.

Update: Hyundai releases statement on Calif. lawsuit

Tue, 10 Jul 2012

UPDATE: Hyundai Motor America contacted Autoweek on Wednesday with a statement in regard to the case: Hyundai Motor America believes this case has no merit, as our advertising is accurate and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In fact, we've reviewed our ads and think Consumer Watchdog and their client are dead wrong. A group called Consumer Watchdog announced that it is suing Hyundai on behalf of drivers who purchased 2011 and 2012 Elantras based on claims that Hyundai made in its advertising for the Elantra.
