The Mercedes SLS AMG - the UK Promo Video below   Now that things are finally starting to Rock ‘n’ Roll for the new Mercedes SLS AMG – Mercedes actually started building it in January – we’re getting some UK-specific stuff, which makes a change from Auto Bild telling the world the SLS AMG is the best looking car in existence. Mind you, it’s not bad looking. The video we have here – which is the first UK SLS AMG push we’ve seen – is nicely lit and edited (even if there is some CGI in there) and it certainly does the SLS no harm on the looks front.

Ford names China's Geely as preferred bidder for Volvo

Chinese automaker Geely Group Holding Co. is Ford Motor Co.'s preferred bidder to purchase Volvo Car Corp. Ford said Wednesday that it will start more detailed negotiations with Geely, adding that no final decisions have been made.

A photo collage that appeared on www.home-designing.com last week showed Ferraris, Maseratis and Lamborghinis sitting in houses as showpieces, like the works of art they are. Our enthusiast side says the owners should be out driving these spectacular pieces of machinery, but something tells us that if you have a Gran Turismo in the rumpus room, there's probably another one in your garage, too.
