Coleman Aluminum racing driveshaft - measures 40" center to center - w/ 1310 series u-joints


We have a very nice driveshaft available for sale.

We're told that it's brand new, but we're not sure if it's new or used, so we called it used. At a minimum, it's been used very little and looks like new, other than some possible yoke marks or something on the one end. We did remove the tape wrapped around the u-joints for the photos, but there is some tape residue there yet. We do have what we think is the original packaging. Please see the photos and decide if it's right for you.

Features:

These lightweight aluminum driveshafts are made from 3.00" O.D. x .125 wall aluminum tubing, custom made to Coleman's specifications, the end yokes are CNC machined from billet aluminum. Each shaft is balanced and includes 1310 series u-joints. This driveshaft offers an 8-lb weight savings over standard steel driveshafts and are rebuildable. WARNING:These driveshafts are not for street use or drag racing.

Land Rover marks 1 million Range Rovers with charity donation

Land Rover commemorated the production of Range Rover No. 1,000,000 by donating a car to Britain's Help for Heroes charity, which helps wounded war veterans and their families. The charity plans to sell the car at an auction later this year.

Journalist Chris Harris got a chance to take the Jaguar XKR-S GT for a spin on the track in the latest Drive video. The GT gets Jag's 5.0-liter V8 making 550 hp and 501 lb-ft, which is the same as XKR-S. However, plenty of improvements are made in the chassis.

GM, Chrysler, Nissan launch recalls

General Motors is recalling 13,780 of its 2010 and 2011 Buick Lucerne and Cadillac DTS vehicles because of a risk of fire caused by a steering fluid leak. Nissan is recalling 605,000 of its cars for issues with the steering column and batteries. Meanwhile, Chrysler is recalling 16,000 Jeep Liberty SUVs that have a faulty windshield-wiper system.
