We are a full service Avionics shop in Mansfield Massachusetts. This Collins Transponder was removed during an upgrade and is in perfect working condition. We have tested the unit and will provide an FAA Yellow Tag and 8130 if needed for export. We can also install this in your airplane or helicopter, please call if you would like to discuss installation options.

-The avionics sold here have been removed from working aircraft that have come into our shop for upgrade installations - they are not salvage items. As they are yellow-tagged we are able to supply you with an 8130-3 form (necessary for installation anywhere outside of the USA).

Ford builds it, you test it

Only a select few usually get the opportunity to test out upcoming vehicles. Ford is bucking that trend by allowing customers to sign up at BuiltToughTest.com, and get the chance to explain how they would put the aluminum reinforced 2015 Ford F-150 to the test. Product development does extensive testing to the extremes, going as far as disguising the F-150 and running it through the 2013 Baja 1000.

Road accidents' annual cost '£34bn'

THE TOTAL ANNUAL COST of road accidents, including the human suffering as well as the medical bills, could be more than £34 billion, according to Government estimates. Latest figures show that British road accidents that were reported in 2012 cost an estimated £15.12 billion. This included damage-only accidents but did not allow for unreported injury accidents.

Sandy's toll: 15,000 cars and counting

The damage tally from Superstorm Sandy continues to roll in. The latest estimate is that Toyota, Chrysler, Nissan and Honda plan to scrap 15,000 new cars damaged. The National Automotive Dealers Association says that number could grow to 200,000 cars.
