But that’s just the start. Porsche has now confirmed that, before the end of 2014, the Macan will get some more affordable engine options with both petrol and diesel 4-cylinder engines finding their way under the Macan’s Cayenne-esque bonnet.

And Lamborghini are wasting no time whetting appetites for the Gallardo, with a new website launched to tease its replacement, complete with a ‘start’ button to hear the new V10 roar and instructions to “Listen to your instinct – Discover the roar of the new creature from Lamborghini”. That replacement is probably going to be called the Lamborghini Cabrera, which we’ve been expecting to debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
Police to target uninsured drivers by crushing their cars
Thu, 24 Apr 2014The Metropolitan Police operation to cut down on uninsured drivers by crushing their vehicles could be rolled out nationwide, claims Auto Express. Operation Cubo has seized more than 14,000 vehicles in London since it was introduced in October 2011. The campaign sets up sites targeting specific areas, using automatic number plate recognition systems to identify cars being driven without insurance.
