Combat Land Rovers Combat Land Rovers
by R.M. Clarke

that prompted the creation of LRO Magazine in 1987 and
following that in the late nineties of LRM. Bob Morrison has
been writing during this period on all aspects of the military
Land Rover both historically and as the vehicles evolved in
later years. This book is a compilation of some of these
articles that are mainly concerned with Land Rover's change
from the old style vehicle into a frontline, liaison and command
unit. Many articles cover the Wolf as it was introduced to the
forces. Included in the list are WMIK equipped Wolves on duty
in Sierra Leone, SOVs serving with the US Rangers, Desert
Patrol Vehicles in Kenya, CAVs at work in Bosnia & Kosovo.

The new one though is a much tidier effort in its styling, and the Tourer (estate) version is bordering on the svelte.

Thu, 06 Sep 2012

Hyundai are celebrating a decade of their 5 year warranty in the UK, a warranty deal that has forced other car makers’ warranties to improve. Before Hyundai became a real mainstream force in the car market they launched a five year warranty on their cars as an unbeatable sign of faith in their product.
