Gordon Murray Design's eight new models revealed

Seven are lightweight, low-emissions cars based on his radical new iStream manufacturing technique, and the last is a new supercar that he says will have 'an enormous amount in common' with his iconic McLaren F1.You read CAR's first full appraisal of the T25 in the new September 2010 issue of CAR Magzine, out on 18 August. The stunning Porsche 918 Spyder was revealed at the Frankfurt motor show on Tuesday. The near million-dollar car has a price that's four and a half times higher than the Porsche 911 Turbo S. It was built to battle the new crop of supercars including the Ferrari LaFerrari and McLaren P1.

Pontiac Vibe: GM to kill model in August

The Pontiac Vibe is meeting its demise in August. General Motors said Thursday afternoon that it will end production of the small wagon as part of its long-term viability plan and the wind-down of the Pontiac brand. Production of Vibes for the 2010 model year began in March.
