Returns

All non-special order parts may be returned within 60 days of invoice, if in new unused condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. All video tapes, software, books and electrical items may not be returned! Please use the eBay RGA# for expedited refunds. Shipments must be PREPAID using UPS, US Mail, or FedEx Ground. Please include a list of the parts you are returning so we can notify you if something is lost in shipment. For your protection it is a good idea to insure the package for the full value. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Freight will be deducted from the original price if it was sold with free freight.

All orders are subjected to a triple-point quality control. Every part is scanned from the shelf to the parts puller's cart. Then it's scanned from the cart to the shipping conveyor. Finally, the part is scanned from the conveyor to your shipping box. If any part is not scanned into the box, the shipment will not go out and the packer will not be able to continue. The latest MOT test data shows that 26.2% of all cars tested fail on excess exhaust emissions – and surprisingly petrol cars fail more than twice as often as diesels in this part of the annual roadworthiness test. According to the official Vehicle Operator and Standard Agency (VOSA) figures, which cover all of 2010 and the first nine months of 2011, 9.7% of petrol cars failed to meet MOT emissions standards compared to just 3.9% of diesels. This is the new Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo concept car, unveiled on the eve of the 2012 Paris motor show. We hear that we won’t see a Sport Turismo version of the current Panamera, but this concept instead previews the facelift treatment that will be applied to Porsche’s four-door saloon as part of a mid-life refresh in 2013. And beyond that the Sport Turismo showcases a second bodystyle than will join the range when the Mk2 Panamera appears in late 2015.

Moynat’s custom ‘Trunk’ for the Jaguar F-Type Roadster Luxury car makers manage to extract big sums of money from owners who want custom accessories for their vars, and Jaguar is no different. But this particular piece of custom luggage for the Jaguar F-Type has been made as a one-off by French luxury luggage makers Moynat to celebrate opening their first store outside London. The F-Type ‘Trunk’ (and it will only fit the F-Type Roadster) was created in collaboration with Jaguar and is inspired by Moynat’s famous ‘Limousine’ trunk.
