These Steel Super Locks featuring a lash cap recess, 10 lock angle and .310" valve stem size are recommended for all race applications. Super Locks have a wider angle (10) that better distributes the ever increasing valve spring loads over the retainer than typical 7 locks. Chrysler reportedly set to expand Toledo assembly plant
Thu, 11 Aug 2011The Chrysler Group is planning to expand its Toledo, Ohio, assembly complex, adding a second shift and more than 1,100 jobs to the operation that currently builds the Jeep Liberty and Dodge Nitro SUVs, the Toledo Blade newspaper reported Thursday. The $365 million investment could be the first of several major expansions to Chrysler's Toledo operations, which also include production of the Jeep Wrangler at the nearby Toledo North Plant, the newspaper reported. The automaker disclosed the plans in documents filed in a city tax application that will be discussed by local officials at a meeting Thursday night, the report said.
F1 boss denies 'corrupt bargain'
Wed, 06 Nov 2013MOTORSPORT TYCOON Bernie Ecclestone has appeared at a High Court trial to defend himself against allegations that he made a "corrupt bargain" in a bid to stay at the top of Formula 1 racing. Mr Ecclestone has been accused of entering into a "corrupt agreement" with a banker to facilitate the sale of the Formula 1 group to a buyer "chosen" by him, A German media company says it lost out as a result of the deal and has taken legal action against Mr Ecclestone - chief executive of the Formula 1 group. Mr Ecclestone says Constantin Medien's claim "lacks any merit" and denies any "conspiracy".
