This is a Comp turbo which uses ceramic bearings and does not need oil lines, just water lines for cooling. This was on my rear turbo MX5 miata for about 1000 miles. it is a CT2-5356 Billet, .36 AR with a 3" v-band setup.  Comes with the ceramic bearing grease in a tube. These are about $1500.00 new.
