Complete 1965 1966 Ford Mustang Pony Seat Set Original Black Coupe on 2040-parts.com
Elkhart, Indiana, US
1965-66 Mustang Pony seats. I was told these were pulled from a Coupe originally. Very rare set. From all my experience, these do appear to be original material, and not a recover, but you by the judge by the pictures. We recently acquired them and just cleaned about 30 years of dust off.
Very good condition for the age. There are some paint spots that should be able to be removed on center side of passenger seat as well as a couple of drops on inside of drivers seat. Some very slight gray over spray spots on upper back as pictured. They gray overspray which can be seen in picture 11 is not even noticeable at 6-8 feet. One lower seam on driver has 2 or three half inch sections of seam that need repaired. (it is not visible unless you pull piping back, but it is advisable to get repair so it does not get worse. and one tiny tear on top of one bucket, approx 1/2" and one in middle of bottom. Both could be repaired with no traces. Two rear mount bolts on frame need replace as they are broken off. Chrome inserts, are peeling in corners slightly. Please note that you will see that some of the seams look white. Most of that is conditioner which was just applied to help protect the material, they are not worn seams. The piping and seams look very nice! This is a beautiful set of original PONY seats, but I just wanted to be clear they are not new. These are a fresh barn find, and I did a quick wipe down, and some conditioner on them. They have the ability to be cleaned up much better than what I have done, but I'm not a professional detailer, and did not want to damage any material but for 46 years old, they are in GREAT shape! And finding originals is a rare find these days!
Please contact me for a shipping quote, as these will be shipped in 4 separate boxes, so the shipping calculator will not work. I quoted $200, but may ship for less to US main land. If you are in Alaska and Hawaii contact me prior to bidding. I would have to check in to shipping costs for that, but it will be much more than $200 if it is available.

2013 Citroen C3 Facelift
Fri, 22 Feb 2013A new Citroen C3 will debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show with the usual facelift of new bumpers and lights and revised engine range. Astonishingly – for the Citroen C3 is a bit bland – it’s much the same car under the skin as the brilliant DS3, but the C3 is the DS3 with the sparkle missing. And it looks like the sparkle of the DS3 will still be missing from the C3 as it gets a mid-life facelift, with nothing much going on except the usual facelift fodder of new bumpers and lights, a tweak or two to the trim and a bit of fiddling with the engine range.

Opinion: Discovery Sport and the long-term ramifications of pandering to the crossover convergence
Wed, 03 Sep 2014Having pored over the first pictures of the new Land Rover Discovery Sport and consumed the accompanying official literature, we’re left wondering why it shares so much of its design treatment with the Range Rover Evoque, while simultaneously removing the last vestiges of utility from the Discovery nameplate. From its virtually indistinguishable grille and lamp graphics, over its tapered roofline to its bespoilered tail, it’s hard to describe it as anything other than a derivative of the Evoque. The difference between a Discovery and a Range Rover it would seem, is a body coloured C-pillar.
