Offered for bid is an estate auction find; it is the complete 1992-up MerCruiser Alpha One, Generation Two (Alpha I, Gen II) stern drive upper section, part number 861063A-8.  The tag on it (see pic #2) says the upper is bad so you are pretty much buying the exterior case with whatever salvageable parts are inside.  You are bidding on this knowing that it will need rebuilt upon arrival.  We were told at the auction that this was removed from a 1993 Hurricane deckboat equipped with a 4.3L Chevrolet V6 engine making 175hp, and research on Google shows this has a 1.81:1 gear ratio.  Bidding starts at just $149.95 and shipping is FREE to bidders within the Lower 48 states.  International bidders see below for a word on shipping.

Shipping -- international bidders are welcome but write for a shipping quote BEFORE you bid, and PayPal is the only form of payment we accept.  Indiana residents will be charged 7% state sales tax.  We at W_Brothers have several other lots up for bid so be sure to click "see other items" for a look.
