This is a Communications Component Corp. Transmitter, Emergency Locator TR 70-17. I was not able to test the unit and im not sure if it is missing any pieces so i am selling it as is. It has some cosmetic wear from use and storage but still seems in good shape. There are operating instructions on the top of the unit and a side sticker that reads; Transmitter, Emergency Locator, Model Number CIR-10, Serial no: 11964, Type: ELT (AF), FCC No: ET 60-10, Communications Components Corporation, Costa Mesa, California. On the other side it has a sticker that reads Transmitter TR-70-17. Please see pictures for more details of the condition of the unit. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
