When Aston Martin launched the V12 Vantage – all the fun of the V8 Vantage but with proper V12 goodness – AM declared it a limited edition model. But as we reported back in May 2012, the V12 Vantage became a proper production model.

Case in point: Acura sent us a kit of secret-agent tests showcasing the role of its cars in the movie Thor. After all, it’s not every year that two out of three national car makers go bankrupt. The survivor, Ford, unsurprisingly looked the most confident at this year’s show, never mind that its star car was about as hometown as Bauhaus and bratwurst.
