Hi.

I parted out a prop strike A-80 with a documented 40 hours SMOH.  (The prop was wood.)  This is the only part I have left, and it fits any of the A-series engines.  This is in nice condition, although it could use a steam cleaning before re-use.

You will get both crankcase halves only.

Due to the size of these units, local pickup is preferred.  However, I can ship them freight, or possibly by shipping them individually via UPS.  Cost to ship will be actual cost plus $25 palletizing/packing fee depending on how we can get these to your destination cheapest.

These case halves are believed airworthy, but is sold as-is.  Final determination of airworthiness is the responsibility of the buyer and/or the buyer's mechanic.

Volkswagen E-Bugster

Tue, 24 Jan 2012

The Volkswagen E-Bugster concept is a show car preview of the upcoming Beetle cabriolet. The E-Bugster is essentially the same Beetle that debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show last year below its beltline but above it a more steeply raked and shallower windscreen determine its new character. This, in combination with the hard top fitted to the show car creates a silhouette 400mm lower than the standard car, giving it a hint of SoCal speedster.
