Steeda's Lower Trailing Arm Relocation Brackets are designed to let you adjust the location of the rear mounting point of the lower trailing arm allowing you to fine tune the instant center geometry of your Mustang.

Highly recommended for all types of racing, improving the instant center geometry will improve weight transfer and increase traction for better 60ft times and better acceleration out of a corner on the road course. These brackets are great for lowered cars to correct the instant center geometry change that occurs from lowering the vehicle.

Steeda designed this kit to have more adjustment range than all other competitive offerings. This gives you more options for fine tuning your instant center maximizing your performance potential. This kit is compatible with all S197 Mustangs including the Shelby GT500.

The kit includes two zinc plated relocation brackets, grade 10.9 hardware and instructions.

This kit is a weld-in application for the S197 Mustang platform and is not recommended as a bolt in only application. Bolts are included for positioning to aid in welding but are not to be driven on.

Japan quake threatens to delay U.S. output of Nissan Leaf EV

Tue, 14 Jun 2011

The March 11 earthquake in Japan could force Nissan to delay the start of U.S. production of its Leaf electric vehicle, now scheduled for late 2012. “The earthquake is putting us in a very difficult situation,” said Hideaki Watanabe, head of Nissan's Global Zero Emission Vehicle Business Unit.

The cars were stars at the Television/Motion Picture Car Club's first show

Thu, 11 Mar 2010

When we first heard about this show, we figured it would be all famous cars from famous movies: the real Bullitt Mustang, the real Herbie, the real pod racer from Star Wars. While there were some actual movie cars at the first show of the newly minted Television/Motion Picture Car Club--including the Charger from Fast & Furious and a real Dukes of Hazzard General Lee--the majority of the wheels were tribute cars made by fans who happened to work in the movie industry. The only Star Wars car was a converted Honda Civic Del Sol with a stuffed green Yoda riding shotgun.
