These are original factory parts.  These are the REAR SIDE PANELS (LH and RH) for a 1963-1965 Ford Falcon or Mercury Comet CONVERTIBLE.  The metal panels and the trim pieces are in overall good condition and suitable as cores for a restoration to match your application.

The metal panels do have some minor surface rust.  There are no major dents.  The metal trims are in good condition without any scratches or bends, with some very minor corrosion.  The window weather strip is original and worn.
