Up for auction is a set of 4 Dedicated Snow tires that came off of my 2007 GMC Sierra MAX. Truck had only 40K on it and was always maintained. Tires are in very nice condition with no cuts or defects. Almost all of the miles were put on in the summer towing and the truck was used in the winter only when it snowed to go to work 15-miles away and to the dump 1/4 mile away. Snows used only from November through March then removed. On most days I used my car to save gas. I would estimate they had 5-7K of wear. They are in excellent condition tread wise as shown in the pictures and were always balanced before mounted. They are true dedicated snows and feature the severe winter service symbol "Snowflake on the Mountain" that identities them as such. Would prefer local pickup and cash but will ship if buyers assumes all shipping costs which may range from 30-50 dollars each. Will travel 1/2 hour any direction to meet if it helps. Hydrogen-powered Toyota FCV Concept revealed
Tue, 05 Nov 2013The Hydrogen-powered Toyota FCV Concept (pictured) revealed Toyota revealed last month that their latest take on a hydrogen-powered car would be revealed at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show. And here it is – the Toyota FCV Concept. The FCV Concept points clearly at Toyota’s first proper production fuel cell car – expected to hit Toyota showrooms in 2015 – and Toyota are keen we realise that, subject to a refuelling infrastructure, the hydrogen-powered FCV is just like owning a regular ICE car.

In fact, not only does the Beetle refuse to go away, it’s selling better than the ‘old’ Beetle ever did, with 230,000 Beetles built since the Beetle was revived eight years ago, only 100,000 fewer than the old Beetle sold in its 31 year history. And the new VW Beetle promises to be more appealing than the first iterations of VW’s revival of the Beetle, with their strapline for the latest model setting out its intentions clearly: ‘Less Flower – More Power’.

Sat, 06 Jul 2013The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta (pictured) will be at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed The 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed starts on Thursday with the Moving Motor Show, and Ferrari are planning a good turnout including the F12 Berlinetta popping its Goodwood Cherry. It’s nearly eighteen months since the Ferrari F12 was revealed, but this coming weekend it will get a chance to strut its 731bhp up the Goodwood hillclimb. With a 0-62mph of just 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 211mph (which isn’t that important up the hillclimb) the F12 promises a stunning spectacle for Goodwood’s visitors.
