It's a strange world we live in when, even in my short-to-medium lifespan, we've gone from the 1980 Ferrari 308 GTSi making either 205 or 214 hp—depending on who you're asking—to the Ferrari F70, which is rumored to make 950 hp with its V12 and KERS system. I have to say rumour, because Bugatti are not exactly reliable with information! We’ve heard rumours before that they are producing a ‘Sang Noir’ version of the Targa-Topped Grand Sport, but they’ve gone quiet on that. But now we’re hearing solid rumours, as Bugatti is 100 years old this year, that they are going to be showing a very special anniversary edition of the Veyron – The Bugatti Veyron Centenaire – at Geneva ‘o9 next month.
