Hi, this is a big block Chevrolet harmonic balancer, casting number is 3860080 located on the back side of the balancer.  It is in nice useable condition.  It has not been hammered on and the outer ring has not slipped the inner hub.  Please look at pictures and know your application.  Great driver quality part or restoration part. Avon and Somerset Constabulary has taken delivery of an Atom 3.5R fitted with the Honda supercharged engine good for 350bhp. Even with the addition of police livery and blues-and-twos lights and sirens, Ariel director Simon Saunders is confident it'll hit 0-60mph in just 2.5 seconds.
