This is a C3 Corvette spare tire lock bolt and lock. The lock has a "K" keyway which i believe is for 1970 & 1974 Corvettes but will work on any C3. There is NO KEY.Also there is a small scrape of the face of the bezel but would be hidden if you installed the rubber boot.

And that looks like it’s happening at bthe Detroit Auto Show in January. Ahead of that debut, it seems Mercedes are teasing the arrival of the 2014 C Class with the video below (they don’t say as much, but it has to be), a new C Class that looks set to grow in size and push upmarket.

Saab pulls out of Frankfurt motor show

Yet the company's latest announcement does little to dispel the notion that all is not well in Trollhatten, as it has announced that it will not be featuring at September's Frankfurt auto show. The Swedish car manufacturer has had trouble paying suppliers in recent months, and it is thought that Saab will instead use the money allotted to Frankfurt in order to pay them.
