Corvette Distributor Cap, 1958-67 on 2040-parts.com

US $65.00

Here's a used original Delco Remy D308 distributor cap as installed on various '58-67 Corvettes. Cap is not correct for '58-62 dual point distributors or for '63-65 FI cars.

The top surface has the "Delco Remy Patent Pending" emboss without "R" or other identifying marks.  This one came off a low milage car.  All that's been done is to clean it with soap and water and spritz the outside with WD40 to make it gleam.

Why spend hundreds of dollars for an NOS original, buy a 'reproduction' or a 'restored' original when you can have the real McCoy item at a reasonable price?  Most simply use these caps for show purposes and this one gets the job without apology!

Buyer to pay $2 handling fee plus freight at cost (you can define an alternate method of shipment).  Sale to complete within 10-days of auction close.

Fri, 20 Jul 2012

Land Rover are increasing the supply of the new Range Rover Evoque to the US by a third to help meet demand. In the land where cubic inches are king and any SUV smaller than a Hummer isn’t really an SUV, it’s amazing that the dinky Range Rover Evoque is a hit – but it is. From sales of just 2,200 Evoques in 2011, Land Rover has managed to shift twice that in the first six months of 2012, and Land Rover dealers are still complaining they can’t get enough Evoques to meet demand.
